Cancellation Policy : We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a charge. This policy is in place out of respect for your practitioner’s time and to allow other patients the opportunity to access appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as you know you are unable to attend. You can email us at info@kinectivehealth.com, call (416) 792-4455 and leave a voicemail, or make changes online through our booking system at https://kinectivehealth.janeapp.com. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed or no-show appointments, will be charged the full amount of the scheduled visit. This fee is the responsibility of the patient and is not eligible for insurance reimbursement. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If an emergency or exceptional situation occurs, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
